Message from The Archivist

I was honored to be asked by Father David in 2003 to be his archivist. As his nephew and friend, it offered an exciting opportunity. Father David lived an incredible life and served so many people. Organizing, reviewing, and documenting his vast collection of literary works and photographs has been an exciting journey for myself.

I envision this website to be a collaborative effort of all of those who were impacted by his life. The mission of the website is to honor Father David's legacy, inspire others to continue his work, and to provide an accurate source of facts about his life and Emmaus/Harlem.
